SENIOR ACCOUNTS MANAGER / ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Job description:

• Maintain and build business relationships with institutional, private bank and family office clients
• Develop knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinate the firm’s resources to serve client organizations
• Advise clients on opportunities in alternative investments (primarily direct private deals, private equity / debt funds, venture capital funds etc.)
• Support team on day-to-day client activities and strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance or relative discipline (including CFA)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience selling financial products; preferably equity sales or related work experience
• A well-developed understanding of international equity capital markets is considered a plus
• Passionate for sales role and an innate ability to understand clients’ investment philosophies, appetites, and behaviors
• The candidate will be required to prospect for new clients and must be able to write a concise business plan to achieve pre-determined goals
• Effective communication in English is a must. Mandarin is considered a plus
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do mentality
