Business Development/ Land Acquisition with a well known Real estate firm/DGM/GM - Business Development

Job Description

Accountabilities attached to the role:

-Identify opportunities in the Real Estate space in India
- Maintain relationships with key government parties/ real estate brokers/ IPCs related to the industry for early market intelligence
- Asses existing land banks belonging to the Tata Group and their development potential
- Supervise BDMs in their efforts to identify real estate development opportunities
- Assist the VP Real Estate in ensuring target funds are deployed in key strategic projects with assured target IRR

Acquire land banks as per corporate targets
- Deal Origination

- Deal Negotiations

12 to 15 years overall experience
