The S&R IPL 2024, as the name suggests, is a tournament held amongst all branches of See & Recruit from April to July. Targets related to work and other technical advances would fetch them runs, and the team with the most runs would lift the trophy. It has been an exhilarating showcase of the organisation’s talent, competition, and team spirit. This quarterly event brought together five dynamic teams, each led by a captain and supported by enthusiastic cheerleaders, all vying for the prestigious S&R IPL Trophy. The tournament was not just about cricket; it celebrated collaboration, excellence, and healthy competition.

The teams were ranked based on their performance, with Gujarat Titans leading the scoreboard, followed by Mumbai Indians, Delhi Capitals, and Gulf Giants. Unfortunately, Bangalore Royal Challengers were eliminated after a few close matches.

Points were earned through performance and key business milestones such as recruitment closures, finding errors on CEIPAL, and adding new clients. The eliminator round saw the first-ranked Gujarat Titans facing off against the third-ranked Delhi Capitals, while the second-ranked Mumbai Indians took on the fourth-ranked Gulf Giants. Both matches were nail-biting, with the teams giving their all to secure a place in the final.
